If you cancel your rental 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 100% credit toward a future rental. Availability changes without notice as events, classes and programs are scheduled frequently by several staff. Once you reserve and pay for your conference room, there are no refunds. No first-time renters are allowed on weekends (you won’t know what to do if you’re new!) You may book a weekend conference room if you have rented from us in the past. For example, for a Monday rental, book by Friday at 5 pm. You must book your room no later than the previous business day at 5 pm. There is a 10 minute grace period at the end of your reservation additional time will be charged at the rate of $30/hour Please book for the entire amount of time you require if you require set-up time before, or clean-up time after. You will not be allowed to enter the conference room until your reservation begins. Once you book your conference room, you will receive an email with a “virtual key” to enter the building as well as instructions on locating your conference room.
